Joaquin Phoenix fulfills dream of making a fool of himself

pret17Well, he did it. As Pretzel Day reported a little over a week ago, Joaquin Phoenix is apparently looking for an inventive way to embarass hismelf.

Phoenix’s appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman has left Pretzel Day speechless.

We just don’t know what to say.

So let’s hear it from you, folks. Feel free to comment if you think you can explain Phoenix’s bizarre behavior.

i feel kind of sorry for Joaquin Phoenix because he does seem genuinely disoriented and Letterman gave him a hard time about it

I think it’s to be expected. He went on a national show and acted like an idiot. Letterman has a job to do and JP wasn’t letting him get it done.

So… let me get this straight. This successful movie actor is creating a fictional joaquin phoenix who is going to become a rapper, releasing, in the process, an as-of-yet titled documentary on the making of his rapping joaquin phoenix, and then after its release, the creator, Joaquin Phoenix, is going back to movie acting? How bizarre.
